Meals of today:
Breakfast
- Didn't really have a breakfast. First day that I missed breakfast since I started trying to be healthy :/
Lunch
- 1/2 of an Italian sub from Harris Teeter
- It wasn't very good though so I don't recommend it.
- 1/2 of a NY Strip Steak
- Seasonal veggies
- Some spinach artichoke dip with the yummiest chips
Workout of the Day:
- Ran the 2 mile loop around my house in Chapel Hill
- 3 reps of my standard arm workout including arm curls and something over the back of my head that I don't know the name of
