Meals of today:
Breakfast
- Scrambled eggs: 1 egg, 1 egg white
- Handful of blueberries
Lunch
- 1/2 Salmon BLT+A sandwich from GCC. (Bacon, lettuce, tomato, AVOCADO)
- Fresh fruit cup
- Hot dog without the bun and mustard
- Barbecue Lays
- A slice of chocolate cake
- Not the healthiest meal, but I tried!!
Workout of the Day:
- I didn't get a chance to workout today with all my packing to go back to school, the drive to school, and then the drive to/from Cary. Weak excuse, I know....
