Meals of today:
Breakfast
- scrambled eggs: one egg, one egg white, pepper
- pineapple chunks
- clementine
Lunch
- spinach with balsamic vinaigrette, Parmesan cheese
- grilled shrimp
- chicken sandwich (from Cookout- my splurge of the day)
Snacks
- clementine
- Dark chocolate covered pomegranate (a MUST-BUY after trying them at a friend's house)
Workout of the Day:
- 45 minutes on the elliptical, varying intensities and speeds based on the song.
- 15 minute mile cool down on the FREAKING COOL new treadmills at GCC!
- 3 reps of 21 arm curls on each arm- 7.5 lbs
- 3 reps of 10 tricep curls on each arm
Super motivating to have new running shoes to work out in AND brand-new equipment! The health gods were shining down on me today FA SHO.
